Happy New Year
We tried out some recipes in special Chinese recipe books for holidays. They turned out pretty bad. For example, one of the dishes was a Chinese rendition of what Italian food would be like. The presentation was nice but the taste was quite unpalatable; basically it was fish on top of asparagus, swimming in the mixture of olive oil and Balsamic vinegar. I think we will stick with true Chinese food from now on.
